What you'll do

• Assist with SEO — keyword research, writing meta descriptions, and content briefs.
• Help plan and schedule social media posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X.
• Support email marketing campaigns including newsletters and onboarding sequences.
• Track key funnel metrics (traffic, signups, conversions) and report weekly.
• Research competitor positioning and share insights with the team.
• Brainstorm and help execute creative growth experiments.

What we're looking for

• Currently enrolled as a full-time or part-time student at an accredited university or college.
• Studying Marketing, Communications, Business, or a closely related degree programme.
• Any year of study is welcome; 2nd year and above preferred.
• Must be able to provide proof of current student enrolment if requested.
• Strong written English — you will be writing copy that real users read.
• Basic understanding of SEO and social media marketing.
• Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely.
• Available at least 15 hours per week — schedule can flex around your classes.

What you'll do

• Conduct structured 1-on-1 career coaching sessions via video call.
• Provide expert written feedback on user resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles.
• Run mock interview sessions and deliver clear, actionable feedback.
• Help users define career goals, identify target roles, and build a job-search strategy.
• Stay current with hiring trends, ATS practices, and industry-specific expectations.
• Contribute to building coaching frameworks, templates, and resource guides for the platform.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in career coaching, HR, talent acquisition, or a related field.
• Demonstrable track record of helping clients secure roles or successfully change careers.
• Deep understanding of resume best practices, ATS systems, and modern hiring processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills — you must give clear, direct, and constructive feedback.
• Professional-grade video call setup with reliable internet.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly session schedule.
• Prior experience working independently or on a contract basis.

What you'll do

• Respond to support tickets and live chat messages within agreed response times.
• Help new users get set up and understand how to use Nexfolyo features.
• Write and improve help-centre articles and FAQ entries.
• Log and categorise common user complaints to share with the product team.
• Monitor user reviews and flag urgent issues to senior team members.
• Assist with outreach to inactive users to re-engage them.

What we're looking for
